Before I went to Pat's I had quite a lot of discomfort and high levels of stress. After meeting her I felt a lot less stressful she is very kind and understanding and cares a lot about her patients like they become part of her family. She has helped me gain a lot of understanding on physical posture. I now feel a lot better ever since and feel more at ease with my body.

I first went to see Pat 3 years ago with a torn disc in my back... She was brilliant every time I went to see her during that period I always came out feeling better than when I went in. Pat cares a lot and always follows up our appointments with a phone call or a text. I would recommend Pat to anyone without hesitation, I don't know what I would have done without her when I was in so much pain. I continue to visit Pat with any niggles I get as I know she will always fix me.

I have known Pat for 12 years I only see her occasionally when my back 'goes'. She always responds really well and sorts me out in one treatment. She goes above and beyond always and I would highly recommend her!
